Mindfulness Halton/Peel is a chapter of Mindfulness Ontario co-founded by Shelley Urlando and Angie Kingma.  We are a secular community of professionals/practitioners who are dedicated to the principles and practice of mindfulness in all sectors of society.

The purpose and mission of our group is to bring together like-minded professionals to practice mindfulness, support each other’s mindfulness practices, discuss topics related to mindfulness, share relevant resources and socialize/network.
